Hiking tour from Verona city, with visit and Amarone tasting in an organic winery.
As we walk, military roads carved into the rock and monumental fortresses will lead us toward the winery. Once we arrive, the breathtaking view of the city will perfectly repay the effort of the climb.
The winery is a charming, family-run organic estate surrounded by green hills and a small farm. Firstly, we will take a short walk through the vineyards and olive groves. Secondly, we will visit the barrel room where the Amarone matures, as well as the production area.
Finally, we will enjoy a tasting of five local wines, including the famous Amarone. Since the winery is also a farmhouse, you can choose to stay for a traditional lunch or return to Verona by foot or bus.
